About Us
We are a bake to order patisserie specializing in authentic French pastries, macarons, and baked goods serving Hopewell and the surrounding area. Our macarons are gluten free and we offer other gluten free options. We use the finest ingredients and no preservatives. All orders require a minimum of 48 hrs.
Although we do not have a brick and mortar establishment yet, all of our products are baked fresh from scratch in our commercial kitchen.
ABOUT CHEF SUZETTE
Chef Suzette Belder

Baking has always been a passion for Chef Suzette Belder. While visiting Paris for several weeks in 2012, while her son was in soccer camp, she honed her skills at making French macarons, pastries and baked goods. After returning to the US, she continued to perfect the skill of making macarons.
So, Pharma or Pastry? After decades in big Pharma bringing new medicines to patients in need, Chef Suzette decided to pursue her life long passion for baking. She enrolled in the renowned International Culinary Center (founded as the French Culinary Institute) in New York City earning a Grand Diploma in Professional Pastry Arts in 2018.
Embracing her new career with passion, Chef Suzette launched MAISON SUZETTE PÂTISSERIE ®, through which she offers authentic French macarons, pastries, and baked goods. Now she is able to bring fine quality authentic French baked goods to her clients.
